Hi Folks! Welcome back! I hope you all had a restful and enjoyable vacation, I know I did! Here is your update for the week.
C Period- Today we finished the French Revolution movie and discussed your 5 paragraph essay. Your essay will be due on Friday, 3/2. Tomorrow, Ms. Saba will be in to discuss course selections for next year. You should ask her any questions you have about the process. Wednesday we will start the Industrial Revolution. This will bring us through the next few weeks. Finally, please remember that the rough draft of your research paper is due Wednesday, 3/7.

F Period- Today we started the Age of Absolutism. You worked in groups to summarize ch. 16. Tomorrow, Ms. Saba will be in to discuss course selections for next year. You should ask her any questions you may have. Wednesday we will continue with the Age of Absolutism and move onto the Enlightenment. You will have a homework assignment due to me by Friday, 3/2. The assignment is a short reading with questions that introduces the Enlightenment.
G Period- Today we started working on Slavery and Abolition. We will continue working on this for the remainder of the week. Thursday, Ms. Cafferty, from Guidance, will be in to discuss course selections for next year. Please don't forget that your homework for Ch.8 is due Wednesday, 3/7.
Finally, Progress Reports for 3rd Term go home on Friday. Also, we do not have school on Tuesday, 3/6 and Wednesday, 3/7 is a half day for students.
