Here's the Scoop

Hi Everyone!  I hope you all had a great weekend and had some time to relax!  Here is the scoop for this week.  Please make sure you check my blog periodically and you are paying attention to announcements and homework assignments posted on the board.

B Period- We started learning about primary sources today.  Tomorrow we are going to discuss 9/11 and we will be analyzing and studying primary sources from that event.  We will continue this on Wednesday.  Wednesday and Thursday we will discuss secondary sources.  Remember the worksheet I gave you today should be completed for homework and is due Friday, 9/14.  You will also be having a quiz on primary and secondary sources on Friday.

C Period-  We started learning about primary sources today.  Tomorrow we are going to discuss 9/11 and we will be analyzing and studying primary sources from that event.  We will continue this on Wednesday.  By Thursday we will be moving onto secondary sources.  Remember the worksheet I gave you today should be completed for homework and is due Friday, 9/14.  You will also be having a quiz on primary and secondary sources on Friday.  Finally, your honors summer reading was due today.  And you will be presenting and graded on your school-wide summer reading on Wednesday.

Freshmen, please remember we are scheduled to go to Camp Clark on Tuesday, 9/18.  Please make sure you have your permission slip and $6 into Mrs. Hughes by this Friday, 9/14.
