Welcome Back!

Hi Everyone!  It was so wonderful meeting all of you today!  I hope you are excited as I am about the school year.  I think it will be great!

Just a few reminders:
1. Your signed course expectation sheet is due back to me on Friday, 9/7.  Please see me if you have any questions.
2.  The envelopes you received in homeroom is due to your C period teacher ASAP.
3. We have an assembly on Friday, 9/7 during F Period.

Also, I have been reading the index cards you filled out today.  I hope some of the nerves have subsided and more excitement has set it.  I loved reading what you expect from me.  Here are a few of the most common teacher expectations:
- to be fair
-to be nice
- to be connectable and relate to students
-to teach (my favorite!)
- to help and answer questions
- to learn but still have fun
-patient
- encourage me to do well (another favorite!)
-respectful
- good attitude
- to give homework and to not give homework (hmmm!)
- one on one time and clear expectations

I love all of these and will work very hard to meet your expectations.
